She left corporate America to become self-employed, managing a handful of homes for an individual investor, and revolutionized the climate by creating a more customer-focused model. Noë Gonzalez is My House’s lead Showing Agent, fashion guru, and current reigning “The Gnome” award winner. In 2016 he left the friendly skies after traveling the world for three years in hopes to become a licensed Colorado Broker associate, which he will be testing for this summer. As a bilingual Colorado native Noë’s love for food, culture, community, and his vivacious personality makes him the perfect showing agent for Colorado transplants and those seeking the perfect home.  He once had his photo liked on Instagram by Kylie Jenner, but like, its no big deal. Stephanie Zambo –  Assistant Leasing Manager, Broker Associate, x206
Stephanie Zambo is a licensed Colorado Broker Associate and has a bachelor’s in communication studies with a minor in business administration from Colorado State University. She is also a Neighbor to Neighbor Ambassador and often attends weekly NCREIG classes (Northern Colorado Real Estate Investors Group).  Stephanie started with My House in 2015, as a showing assistant, where she fell in love with property management and continued to grow individually and with the company by getting her real estate license. A Colorado native, she enjoys camping, kayaking, paddle boarding, music festivals, bike rides to breweries, and anything outdoors. Oh, and she loves unicorns.

Lishanna Hurtado – Maintenance Coordinator x203
Lishanna Hurtado is a real estate investor and a social dog mom. She started her real estate career in California in 2009 and has continued learning, teaching and applying her knowledge. Lishanna volunteers with young children and adults to help with their financial health and expand an abundant mindset for all aspects of life.  She spends her favorite season, summer, outside with her “boys” (aka pups) rock climbing, hiking and camping. Connecting with people and animals brightens up her life. She is always happy to help in any way she can in any area of life.

Alan Gaydac – Maintenance Manager, Broker Associate, x208
Alan grew up in Pennsylvania and moved to Colorado in 1993.  He is a graduate of University of South Florida and is an Air Force Veteran.   He and his wife Angela live in Ault with their German Shepherd’s.  Al is a licensed real estate broker and has been in property management for years, but also has worked in various fields in his lifetime, including the auto industry.  He raised two beautiful, successful daughters, one who is an esteemed veterinarian employee at CSU, and one who works in Manhattan for an elite fashion designer.   His nickname is “El” around the office, and is well known for his amiable personality, polo shirts and love of pretzels.  Alan and his wife enjoy boating and camping and visiting family.

Chantel Pritchett – Business Office Assistant, x209
Chantel is My House’s resident Brainiac.  She is a jack of all things My House and a go-to person for many of our associates admin needs.  She was born in Montana and moved to Colorado when she was five. She spent her life growing up in Fort Collins and ran her family’s successful business for many years prior to joining the My House business department in early 2017. Chantel loves to read books (yes, paper books!) and is often found reading during her lunch breaks.  Chantel is an avid traveler and has traveled the United States and many countries abroad.  She is a loving wife to high school sweetheart David and proud mama to their two (soon to be three) kids.  Chantel will NEVER pass on a maple donut!

Michelle Ferris – Business Manager, Broker Associate, x210
Michelle joined My House in 2013 as an accounting assistant. She is now the company’s Business Manager and is a licensed Broker Associate. Originally from Oklahoma where she attended OSU, Michelle has also lived in Texas and Missouri, but loves calling Colorado home.  A former fire fighter, manicurist and karaoke DJ, she has found her niche in Property Management.  She enjoys riding her motorcycle, fishing, camping, Frisbee golf, movies and of course, hanging out with her husband, son and their 4 fur babies.  Michelle believes you should live each day to the fullest and always choose to be happy!

Laurie Ham – Managing Broker, x211
As of June 2018, Laurie Ham has been in property management for going on 601 weeks.  She has lived in Windsor, Colorado most of her life, except from 2001 – 2014 when she lived in Orange County, California, where she was a licensed real estate agent and community director for leading multifamily real estate investment trusts.  She is an avid Broncos Fan and Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim fan, and loves to drink organic red wine and go glamping with her husband, two boys and black lab.  Laurie joined My House in 2015 and is the company’s Employing Broker and oversees the Leasing Department.  She is committed to the best standards of service for residents and the highest quality experiences for investors.  Laurie is passionate about the local market, economic trends and her team’s career development.  Oh, and she never turns down Chantel and Michelle’s leftover pot stickers!

David Porterfield – General Manager, Vice President, x207
As a Texas native, David’s Alma Mater is the University of Texas, and his favorite football team is the Dallas Cowboys (something he has in common with Michelle).  He is also an army veteran and proudly served in Desert Storm.  He began his career in Real Estate in 2001.  By 2003 he owned and operated a property management firm; I guess you can say this is in his blood!  David has owned many successful business’s over the years.  He moved his family to Colorado in 2013 so that they may pursue a more outdoorsy quality of life.  David and his family frequently go camping and he and his beautiful wife Kimberly try to attend as many Colorado Eagles hockey games that they can!   David’s degree in psychology and passion for people and real estate, make him a respected leader for the My House Team.

Kris Ticnor – Owner, President
Kris has been in the property management industry for over 25 years.  Born with the entrepreneurial spirit, she started her first business at the age of 12.  After growing up in Pueblo, CO, Kris moved to Fort Collins to attend CSU.  Kris has a degree in adolescent development from Colorado State University and has worked with many troubled Fort Collins youth.  A trailblazer in Fort Collins, Kris has helped shaped our community into what it is now.  Kris ran the Fort Collins Home and Garden show for 12 years, and it was one of the most successful in the area.   She has served on many committees and has been an invited panelist for many community discussions, specifically regarding student renters and proposed legislation.  She has provided many jobs to the community and provides her employees with education opportunities to advance their careers within the company.  Kris is passionate about giving back to society, and most recently in 2017 donated several hundred new socks, gloves and hats to Homeless Gear as well as hosted Neighbor to Neighbors most successful “Rent Party”, raising over $5000 for homelessness prevention in Larimer County.   Kris has a sweet spot for the elderly and disabled and has acted as a loving caregiver to both when the occasion has called her.  A dog lover, avid camper, and connoisseur of Mojitos, Kris and her husband also enjoy cooking and dining frequently at Fort Collins finest restaurants…supporting small and local business is important to Kris!  Truly a Fort Collins market expert, and thanks to her vision, over 10,000 renters have been able to find housing in our community!

Feedback from a recent maintenance survey request…

Did we respond in a timely manner? I didn’t request this repair, so I don’t know how timely the response was. However, the repair was completed quickly and efficiently.

Was our Maintenance Technician respectful and courteous?

Yes! He knocked, waited 5 minutes for me to get out of the shower, introduced himself, and explained the reason for his visit. We also chatted about country music for 5 minutes, which was really nice. Great customer service skills! 

Did our Tech clean up behind himself before he left?
For the most part; there was a bit of debris left on the floor, but nothing that couldn’t be fixed with 20 seconds of sweeping.

Not applicable.
